We are a Small Animal Vet Clinic in Historic Downtown Port Washington Wisconsin.
Near the most beautiful harbor on Lake Michigan.
Dear Valued Clients,
In this uncertain time, we are trying to keep everyone safe. We are striving to prevent the potential community spread of COVID-19 and to protect our team members. We are currently only allowing patients (pets) in our clinic.
Starting Wednesday April 8, 2020 Port Veterinary Clinic will reopen, providing "curb side" or "concierge" type of service. This service will continue until further notice.
How does this work?
1. Please call the clinic with your arrival (262-284-7103.) You will be asked a few questions and will have a discussion on your pet's needs.
2. An employee will come to your vehicle, and bring your pet into the clinic. (Please have cats in carriers and dogs on collars/ harnesses and leashes.) If you do not have these items, please let the staff know when calling and checking in.
3. Dr. Dittmar will examine your pet, give vaccines,etc.
4. A Staff member will call you with Dr. Dittmar's recommendations, options, and medications as needed. We do ask for a credit card over the phone. If this is not an option, and would prefer to pay in cash or check, please let the staff know.
5. Your pet will be returned to your vehicle with receipt, medications, and / or any other paperwork needed.
The health and safety of our clients, patients and team members is top priority for us. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
